Specially formulated NR latex gloves, using uniquely designed chlorination process and synthetic polymer coating to minimize the risk of allergic reaction and improves donnability.
Powder content complies with recommended regulatory requirement. Less than 2 mg per glove.
Protein content contains 50 microgram or less of extractable protein per gram (using ASTM D5712 – 99 Modified Lwry Method).
Chemical content – low level of chemical residue reduces the risk of Type IV irritation or allergic reaction.
Unique formula design for excellent tactile sensitivity, fit and comfort.
Even and stable glove coloration on prolong storage.

Quality Assurance:

Sampling in accordance with ANSI-ASQC Z1.4.
Exceed ASTM D3578-019 standard for pinhole defect (AQL 2.5) (In-house AQL for pinhole defect is 1.5).
Satisfies requirements of ISO 10993 Biocompatibility Evaluation of Medical Devices, Part 10: Test for Irritation and Sensitization.
Pass Viral Penetration Test – ASTM method F1671-97.
Manufactured in accordance with MS ISO 9002 and EN 46002.

Appearance: Beaded cuff for added strength.
Textured palm and fingers provide better grip for wet and dry working conditions.
Protein Content: Contains 50 microgram or less per gram.
Powder Content: Less than 2 mg per glove.

Chemical contact sensitizers not added:

Accelerators

- Mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT)
- Thiuran (e.g. TMTD)
- Thiourea

Antioxidants - Butylhydroxyamisole (BHA)
- 3,5 di-tertiary butyl 4-hydroxytoluene (BHT)
- 4,4-thiobis (6 tertiary butyl mena cresol) – Lowipox 44S36
Antiozonants - Amine antiozonant derivatives IPPD, CPPD, DPPD
